Do you have any information on Michael Correll?
I am referring to the Michael Correll b.1791 in VA, married 1820 in Rockingham Co., VA to Phebe Fridley. Is this the same Michael Correll who was previously married to Ruth Turpin? I am trying to confirm who his parents were. I believe them to be Andrew and Elizabeth Kauffman Correll but can't confirm it.
This Michael ended up in Bureau Co., IL and died about 1865. Michael and Phebe's children were Adeline b. 1821, Henry b. 1825, Solomon b. 1828, John b. 1830, Anthony b. 1831, Barbara b. 1833, Maria Jane b. 1836, Jackson b. 1838, George Washington b. 1841, Perley b. 1844, Elizabeth b. 1846, and William.
Any help on solving this mystery would be greatly appreciated.
