Hi Gaile
This is what I know about Mary Correll.

She was born in New Jersey
Her parents Thomas and Martha were born in Ireland. Do not have the last name of Martha.
She married Thomas W. Pope sometime after 1874. believe it was 1876.
Thomas W. Pope died January 1880.
Thomas W. Pope was my G G Grandfather.
Thomas Correll lived in Pella Township Ford County IL. Mary appears in the 1880 Census living back at home with her parents and is listed as a seamstress and a widow.
I find no children from the marriage of Mary Correll and Thomas W. Pope.
Wish I could be of more assistance. I was at a Genealogy Conference in Austin when your message came in. sorry it took me so long to reply.
