Could you tell me something about your Pope line? Was he married before Mary F Correll? Since you said you are a descendant of the Popes and Mary did not have any children I assume he was married before. Do you know what the F. stood for in Mary's name? I wonder if they were married in Illinois why they don't show up in the Illinois marriage database? Have you tried looking there?
