Some additional information on the 1798 William Crosbie branch ---- related family was reportedly from the Moffat area of Scotland - John son of Robert brother to William. William's mother and father reportedly died in Munches near Dalbeathie --- Kincaidbrightshire - his father John was born 1-16-1765 supposedly in Edinborough, his mother Grace Shannon born 1762 died 1850. Both parents reportedly buried in Buidile churchyard though the spelling is at best questionable and the source of this info is less credible. Most of this info is from family sources which were in poor condition years back.
