Lobkowicz

Please help with this part of a posting on German Genforum at http://genforum.genealogy.com/germany/messages/53549.html and please use the link because a search will not bring it up for some reason.
I had assumed the name Lobkowicz was Polish but nothing came up on the Poland Genforum.
It does say that Lobkowicz married "Praha" -- is Praha supposed to be "Prague"? It says married "Czech" so what would that have meant at that date? A Czech as in a Czechoslovak person or a place such as in Czechoslovakia -- but was Czech Republic a seperate country at that time?
Could someone on here please look at the thread in question on German Genforum and please post a followup to it?
Thanks!
