I am looking for information for a John Daly who married a Julia Brown in New York, but they knew each other in Athlone, County Westmeath, Ireland.
They were married in New York about 1870 and then they moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin for a short time and then to Chicago, IL, where they died and are both buried in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Evanston, Illinois.
They are the grandparents of James Thomas Farrell who was a famous author and raised by them in Chicago, Illinois.
In the 1900 United States Federal Census, 213 18th Street, I found:
