Laura Ivy Dalton was born about 1870 in Ripley county, Misssouri. Her father was James M. Dalton born 1832 in Ripley county, Missouri. Her mother was Eliza Louisa Myatt born 1837 in Morgan county, Tennessee. Other children were John born 1863, Levi born 1873, Betty, Luther and Mahalah dates of birth unknown. James Dalton was a son of Elijah Dalton abd Zillah Gaines. Laura is my husbands grandmother, she died in 1893 in Boyd county, KY in chilbirth with her second child. She had married Samuel H. Blevins and their son Hubert T. Blevins is my husbands father. What have written above is all he knows about his grandmother. Can anyone help us find more about her and her Dalton family. Thanks.
