Recently a developer (idiot) dozed out a Dalton family cemetery that was established by a deed in 1875. The man has been arrested and we are trying to find family members to come forward and have some say in this matter and in the cemetery.
John Dalton born June 25, 1821 in Wayne Co.Ky, married Lucinda Langley in 1848, Lucinda was born in Calloway Co,Mo.they had the following children.
Thomas Hart BEnton Dalton, born 9/14,1849, Elizabeth born 1852, Mary born 1857,she married Willia W Gatewood Apr 23, 1883. Harriett Dalton born feb. 1860 Married John Henry Wreden mar. 31, 1876. John Lincoln Dalton born march 13, 1866 Married Rebecca Brown Aug 1883. Charles Dalton born 1970,
PLEASE WE NEED HELP TRYING TO FIND LIVING RELATIVES. Carol S. Weigel, Stover, Mo. I have traced members of the family to Benton, Henry, St.Clair & Pettis counties. I can not at this time find any living family members to help.Other names are Ard, Williams, Taylor, Hall, Wrieden,Kirton,Wendell & Bailey.
