Hi,
Thanks for answering. I think she was born in Hampton, New Hampshire around 1770. Her father may have been Triston Dalton, Privateer in the Revolutionary War or Samuel Dalton. She married James Lurvey in 15 Aug 1793. From what I can find he also served in the Revolutionary War as a Corporal. James Lurvey was from Glouchester, Ma and the family were fisherman. James Lurvey was born @ 1740 and died around 1800, I am guessing, as Nabby Lurvey then married John Webb in 1805.
I am trying to connect this through some reliable source.
The problem with all families is they used the same first names so it is very hard to know which James is Nabby's James and which Nabby married him.
I am doing research for the Isaac Morrill House in Amesbury, Ma. an old family home.
Diane
