I am interested in filling in descendants of David Dalton (1810-1880) and Rosanna Basham (1814-1880).
This is what I have for the list of their children. It seems to be a bit of a stretch although not impossible. (It would mean that Rose Anna started having babies at about 16, the year after her marriage date, and continued until she was 42 and had about 11 or 12 children in all):
William Allen Dalton (1830-1902)
William Alonzo (1830-?) (same as William Allen?)
Micajah Charles Dalton (1832-1898)
Lucinda Jane Dalton (1835-1908)
Henry VanBuren Dalton (1837-?)
Isaiah Dalton (1839-?)
Isham Dalton (1839-?)
Polly Ann Dalton (1842-?)
Thomas Foster Dalton (1844-?)
Francis Greenberry Dalton (1846-1917)
David Dalton (1842-?)
Melvina Dalton (1856-1930)
I am descended from Henry Van Buren Dalton's son Francis Greenberry Dalton (1856-1898) who is frequently confused with his uncle of the same name listed above.
Does anyone have a handle on this group?
