Hello,
I am looking for any information on Samuel Hyson Dalton who was born about 1799-1800 in Virginia. I have been looking for information about Samuel's parents for 5 years and I'm completely stuck. I can't seem to go any further beyond Samuel & Hannah. He moved to Lawrence County Indiana in the early 1800's. He then moved to Orange County Indiana on or before 1826. He married Hannah Ball on July 16, 1825 in Lawrence County Indiana (it was recorded as Samuel Dotson & Hannah Hall). Samuel died April 15, 1879 in Orange County Indiana. Samuel is a 3-great grandfather of my husband. He is also my 5-great grandfather. Apparently my husband and I are the third couple to be married within our families throughout history. I THINK Samuel's parents were Bradley Dalton and Dolly Robinson. I would appreciate any information I can get. Any info can also be e-mailed to me at daltonleslie@hotmail.com.
