Thomas and Diana ( ) Day of York County, NB, CAN

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who may be descended of or know more about the ancestry of this family.

1851 Census of Douglas, York, NB, all b NB
Thomas b 1802
Diana b 1815
John P b 1832
William b 1835
Rebecca b 1838
Henry A b 1839
Sarah b 1841
Vinal J b 1843
Alfred b 1847
Elizabeth Ann b 1850

Rebecca married Charles Henry Porter in 1854 in ME and they lived alternately in Aroostook County, ME and the Perth-Andover area of NB, and their children are born in both places. Charles and Rebecca have two grandchildren named Vinal James.

Sarah may be the Sarah who marries Robert Duncan Porter, the cousin of Charles Henry Porter.

Vinal James appears in the ME census by 1860, and he enlists from Ashland, ME, serving in Civil War.

I am particularly interested in Diana's maiden name and the place of birth for both Thomas and Diana. I have found one ancestry tree showing Thomas' parents as Ezra, b 1760 US and Abigail, but this is not documented, and no information is given for Diana, other than born after 1800. This could be nothing more than setting a limit based on her being 50 or less at birth of last child--but this tree does not show the children, so I don't know.

Hoping someone else is researching some of these people!
