I am looking for information on John Dinsmore who arrived in Texas from New Hampshire in 1829 and was listed in Stephen F. Austin's "Register of Families" immediately following James Cochran. James arrived from Alabama but was originally from Pembroke, New Hampshire. The two men took up adjoining land in what is now Austin County, Texas. James named his second son John Dinsmore Cochran. I am looking for information that might connect them or thier families in New Hampshire.
