New York, 1700s: Quaker members of Jeremiah DODGE family--Anyone know more?

I am trying to document the Quakers in the Jeremiah & Elizabeth Sutton Dodge family. Jeremiah & Elizabeth lived in Cow Neck (Long Island), New York. Jeremiah died in 1780.

1. Jeremiah's 1774 will was witnessed by "Obadiah De Milt, Quaker, Joris Rapalye, William Salt..." Does this imply that Jeremiah was a Quaker?

2. Jeremiah's wife was Elizabeth Sutton, daughter of Robert and Hannah Sutton. Hannah's will was witnessed by Samuel Dodge, a Quaker. I believe this Samuel was the brother of Jeremiah. Does anyone know for certain?

3. Jeremiah's brother was Tristram of Cow Neck (not Tristram III; that was Tristram of Oyster Bay). Tristram of Cow Neck was first married to Mary Sutton, daughter of Hannah and sister of Elizabeth (Jeremiah's wife). Tristram's 2nd wife was the Quaker, Phebe Willets Mott.

4. Tristram and Mary Sutton Dodge had one son, Joseph. Joseph married Sarah Hicks. I can't tell if Sarah's parents are documented, but I suspect Sarah connects to the Hicks family who were Quakers.

5. Jeremiah's son Jeremiah Jr. settled in Pawling Precinct, Beekman Patent - an area settled primarily by Quakers.

6. Jeremiah's son Robert was a Quaker; his second marriage in 1784 was a Quaker marriage.

Jeremiah's will references his grandson Stephen Sands. Stephen's mother is not listed and her name is not known. The name of her SANDS husband is also not known. I suspect the two had settled in the North Castle, New York area before Stephen was born. I know Quakers settled in the area. I am trying to track the DODGE and SANDS family members who went from Long Island to the North Castle area in the early to mid 1700s. I believe they were Quakers and could really use some help!
