I am trying to do some research on hubby’s side of the family and found the following DODGE information on the census for Philadelphia, PA.:
I believe that the following is the correct Ralph Blakley...however additional proof would be nice.

Ralph’s mother was Frances Ella (Fletcher) Blakley. Ralph’s father was Charles I. BLAKLEY. I have information from the Rootsweb SS death index of a Ralph Blakley that died in GA.,but his SS card was issued in MA.
