I have recently made contact with relatives in Michigan who share ancestry from my great grandfather Wellington J. Durfey. They have been good enough to share with me pictures from another family member. Both pictures are of men and the notations on the pictures are "Jefferson Davis Durfey, born 1822" and "Great Uncle Howard Durfey". If anyone has any information which includes either of these men, I would love to hear from them.
