Is this a Col. Elliott of the home guard of Richmond. The reason I ask is his daughter(I think the relation)maybe his wife signed Confederate Treasury $100.00 1864 notes as L.C.(Lucy)Elliott Acording to Rapheal Thain's Register of Confederate Debt pub. 1800's.It's the one with Mrs. Pickens Queen of the Confederacy on the front.This bill was heavyly counterfieted. I own an authentic one if you want a facsimilie.Just ask.
