FamilySearch site has quite a bit about William who is WIlliam Madison Elliott, born 6 Dec 1858, GA, D. 27 Feb 1959, Lipan, Cleburne Co TX, son of John Joseph ELliott and Martha Frances Maddox.
In the 1880 census I searched for a Ella B. who was born about 1872. I did find one in Milam Co TX - the same county that William Elliott was in for the 1900 census - she must surely be the correct Ella B.

FamilySearch shows David B. Bozeman married Martha Plyant, 29 Sept 1867, Elmore, AL - which explains the connection for the family unit above. I suspect that J. A. and Mary are the parents of Martha who married David B. Bozeman.
I did not search farther back than this.
