Hi Karen, Do you know Dorothy Mitchell??
Anyway, I have Ewings and Stewarts in my tree. The Ewings came from Ireland, Scotland, to Pike River Quebec in the early 1800's. My story goes like this....
I also have Cochrane's in my tree. That are decendents of the Ewings.
I have Josephine Cochrane, who married John Ewing Cochrane. John Ewing Cochrane's mother was Ann Ewing, her parents were James Ewing, and Jane Percy.
The Archibald Stewart I have had a child with Mary Jane Masson, the sister of Josephine Masson.
