My apologies, the surname should have been spelled:

HANNUKSELA (not with a "u" as I posted earlier)

Richard

Aloha from Hawai`i,

I just received a copy of my great grandmother's passport from 1894.

I'm looking for two things:

1) someone who would be willing to translate the passport
2) is anyone familiar with this family

I can make out Elizabet Samuelsdatter Hannuksela which I assume means she is the daughter of Samuel

I'm not positive she was born in Helsinki or not. Does anyone have access to records?

Elizabet Hannuksela, b. December 1860 [possibly] Helsinki, daughter of Samuel Hannuksela.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
