Emelia Jensen Fries was born in Denmark(Nakskov area is my guess) She was the daughter of Peter Jensen, My info. states she married Hans Fries in Clinton, Iowa and both Emelia and Hans died and are burried in Clinton.
Most of the Jensen/Rasmussen Family came to America in the 1880's and 1890's
Sure would like to hear from anyone else that may know this family...
There are NO birthdates for Hans or Emelia on is paper I've been gifted with but it does state that Emelia had a brother , Last name Jensen who ,in 1967 lived in Waukeegan, Wisconsin
Peter Jensen, Emelias Father was born about 1840'sor 1850's so her DOB must have been about 1870's???or so
