There was an A. M. Julian shown in a PDF file (which I haven't been able to open fully). It says this A. M. Julian was the Quartermaster at Ft. Dahlonega, in Georgia during the round up of Cherokees being sent on the Trail of Tears around 1838. This fort may hav been in Lumpkin Co. or Cherokee Co. GA.

Does anyone know who this A. M. Julian is?
