Thanks for posting this information. It helps a lot. James M. Allen is the son of Lewis and Mary F. (Kirkpatrick) Allen. I appreciate the information about him.
The DOB & DOD for Margaret Navadia was handed down in the family. Another family researcher gave it to me. I do not know whether she was born in Georgia, Alabama or Texas. I am thinking it was probably Alabama. Both parents were born in Georgia. I found Lewis in Macon County, AL two years before he married Mary F. I do not know if they married in Alabama or not yet. If they did, this child was probably born/died there before they moved to Texas and had the rest of their children.
