Hello!
My name is Linda Rankin. My great grandparents are George Washington Rankin and Clementine Jernigan.
I have obtained a copy of his death certificates and need info on an E.L. Rankin and Rachel (Boatwright/Boatright?) Rankin.
I'm confused as it was our understanding that Rachel was married to a James Rankin in a 1850 Census in Georgia listing David (2) at the time. But on his death certificate it states different. Maybe an error?
I'm also inquiring on a Susan Bell Rankin who is listed as his spouse at the time of this death. If you have information please contact me. Your help is greatly appreciated.
