Philips and Caldwell Families--Morgan, Greene & Dougherty Cos

Joseph B. Philips married Elizabeth L. Caldwell in DeKalb Co Ga in 1845. Joseph was born ca 1819 in Morgan Co, Elizabeth was born ca 1827 in Greene Co. I find a Rebecca ASHFIELD age about 20 living in the household with them. Can anyone shed any light on this connection? I have not been able to establish the parents of either Joseph or Elizabeth. The last record have of this family is in Dougherty Co. where Joseph is selling land. Thanks Peggy Heinen
