Thanks for the info. I have heard of them before and wondered if they are related. I wouldn't be to surprised if they were. Indiana seems to be a main breeding ground for the Kinsers it seems.
I have been trying to find my grandfathers brothers, so far I have found them on census records, but his only full blood sister Mary Eva Kinser has kept me in the dark. In George W. Kinsers will she is mentioned as Mary Eva Goodpasture, I have also papers saying her name is Day. I have a letter from her that is signed Mary Eva Greener. I haven't found her on census yet, Rensalauller(sp) is mentioned several times as her place of residence, tho.
My grandfather's brother Amos Jay lived in New York, NY and had 2 sons there according to census 1920 of his wife. Dont know what caused his death or him leaving NY for MN. One Raymond and one William, both my grandfathers names, and a daughter named Eva Mary, after his sister. Amos died in 1917 in MN. He was working as a barge engineer in Erie on the census 1910. Mystery there. Lots of mysteries in this family.
