On page 504 of Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, Her Pioneers and People Vol. II, J.H. Beers & Company 1917. Thomas Calhoun married Mercy Hendershot. Thomas was the son of Thomas and Sarah Ann (Hemphill) Calhoun. Does anyone know who the parents of Mercy Hendershot are? Could she be the daughter of William C. b. 1818 Derry Twp.Old Northumberland Co. PA and Mary Ann (Biddle) Hendershot?
