Thomas Hibbard born unknown, Son of William Hubbard. He married Mary Alice Martin born in Ireland. Married May 20, 1899 in Parish Church, Counties of Burnley and Lancaster, England, daughter of John Martin. This was Marys 2nd Marriage.
Thomas Hibbard & Marys Children where:
1. Ruth Alice Catherine Hibbard, b. March 20, 1900, Liverpool, England,
2. Samuel Hibbard, b. 1905, d. 1944, Orillia, Ontario, Canada.
Mary Alice Martin was 24 years old and considered a spinster when she married Thomas Hibbard.
Thomas Hibbard address when they married was 21 Hapton St. and Mary Alice Martin's address was 8 Valley St.
Marys first Husband was ....
John Cartledge, dates Unknown
there child was:
William Cartledge, b. January 27, 1908,
Notes: John Carledge was a contractor's laborer.
When William Cartledge was born, John(father) was already deceased.
Ruth Alice Hibbert and Samuel Hibbert, were sent over to Canada from England as some of the Barnardo children. Any help on any of the above would be great as I have hit brick walls
