I have a relative Deborah Hollingshead who marr. Jonathan Delay in 1804 Ross Co, OH. She may have been the dtr of a Francis Hollingshead.
However, this Francis Hollingshead would appear to be too young to be her Father. I have this info:
Francis Hollingshead marr. Christina Miller on 15 Mar 1832 in Belmont Co, OH (extracted from marr. recs IGI)
Francis Hollingshead of Belmont Co, OH acquired 80 acres in Noble Co, OH on Nov 7, 1837 (BLM land recs)
It would seem logical that these 2 recs MAY be for the same Francis Hollingshead. Does anyone know who he is???
