I am looking for information on Jesse Hollingshead b. abt 1821 GA , married Julia Holcomb in 1839 in Lumpking Co., GA. I have their children. I would like to know who their parents were and where and when they both died. Family story is that Julia was 1/2 Cherokee and Jesse was supposedly killed early by Cherokee sometime before 1870 as he is not on the 1870 census. Also I can't find them on the 1860 census, do you know where they were? Thank you.
