Can anyone tell me about this family from the 1901 Canadian Census, from Midland, Simcoe East, Ontario?

Eli Hollingshead, Head, August 10, 1848
Etta Hollingshead, Wife, April 11, 1872
Wilfred Hollingshead, Son, January 4, 1878

As Eli is almost 30 years older than his wife, I'm assuming she might be the second or third wife, but place either of them.
