James Howe was born in 1763 in Richmond Co., Virginia. His parents were George Howe and Mary Landman. About 1788 he married Rebecca. They lived in Augusta Co, Richmond Co and Frederick Co, Virginia where she died in 1802. I would like to find their marriage record and her maiden name.
James second wife was Margaret Dean whom he married in 1803 in Frederick Co., Virginia. About 1821 they moved on to Warren Co., Ohio where he died in 1838.
