Looking for information about my GGGuncle, Benjamin Dixon Newell, b. early 1800s, Northampton, NY. Married Lucy Ann Hubbard after 1840, Gouverneur, NY, by Elder Beckworth. Benjamin died in Ft. Scott Kansas, date unknown.
Family history states no children, however they may have had a son, Charles E. Newell who died in 1850, aged 3 months, in Gouveneur.
