Nearly as soon as I hit submit on my previous post the answer fell into my lap.

Elizabeth Huber was born Jan 30 1884 in Glueckendorff (?) Russia to Jacob and Johanna (Wolfer) Huber. She came to the US at the age of 9 months.

And so begins the search for information on Jacob and Johanna.
