I am familiar with the Huff, Sargent, Ogden and Alexander families that live in Harrisonburg. My husband pastors the church that many of these people established or grew up in.
I don't know a lot of their genealogy but go to church with some that do or can put you in touch with some of the Huff's or Sargents.
I am researching the Mc Millin, Pool, Finlay, Wright and others in Catahoula parish.
