No, I'm sorry I have no idea who she was. I assume she is related to the Charles Humphries who died a few years before her as listed in the archives database. I didn't send off for that Will. Perhaps she was his wife and they died without issue?
I am decended from Hezekiah and Elizabeth Putman who lived in Union Co, SC. She died and he went to TN with his 4 boys. I am shooting in the dark trying to find his Ray connection in SC. He left SC back in 1812 to go to TN so I am not familiar with the SC Rays at all.
Which names in the Will are you familiar with? I see you have a Ray-Humphries connection. Which Rays did your Caroline come from? Do you know which Alexander Ray this is that is mentioned in the Will?
