[James Lucky, Jr. at some point changed the spelling of his name to "Laky," though he verbally introduced himself as "James Lucky." He married Helen Gall and they had three children: Mary Kay Laky, Sally Ann Laky and James Allen Laky.
James Lucky, Sr. is buried as "Emory Laky" in Calvery Catholic Cemetery in Lorain, Ohio. While he reported immigrating in 1893/95, I find no record of his arrival, nor previous census records. Catherine Lucky is also buried in Calvery Cemetery as Catherine "Laky."]
