Hi Adrian,
There are microfilms available at the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City covering Neu Pasua.
They are microfilms of the Evangelische Kirche
(Lutheran Church. They cover birth and marrages for the period of interest to you.

I live in the Salt Lake City area and go to the Family History Library often to do research. I would be willing to research the Wills family. E mail me if you are interested.
