Kenneth C. Tomlinson, in Booker Family, ca. 1925, p. 2, identified the parents of Sally Broaders (the name he used; the marriage record was Broaddus) as James Broaders and Sarah Gaines. I have seen those names repeated at various Booker sites on the web, but whether they had confirmed that independently or merely were copying the ca.1925 paper, I cannot say.
