BRISTOL, VERMONT.
John Shedrick, aged 84 years a soldier of the rebellion, was found dead in his bed Saturday morning at the home of his son-in-law, Henry Hurlburt. Mr. Shedrick had lived many years here. He is survived by eight children.The funeral will be held this afternoon. " Uncle John," as he was familiarly called, had a large circle of friends and was a pleasant, agreeable man.
