Hi Mike,
The problem is, that I am trying to get a message out to anyone who might be connected.
I have found my ggrandfather, WILLIAM LAWRENCE WEELDON, born 1829 SC but there are 26 other spellings for the surname which may also apply.
This is indeed a challenge, on which I have been working for 11 years.
Believe, that I am grateful for any and all help and thank you so much for responding.
