Jay county, have to have a free membership from library.
Can access Heritage Quest from home.
Have to go to Library for Ancestry.
Ancestry, at the Library, is a Library version, and doesn't seem to have all the info of Ancestry.
Heritage Quest has most of the census info, but lacks 1830, 1840 and 1850.
Here in Portland, In., we have, for a small town, a very, very good Genealogy Unit. It can be accessed at "jaycog3en@jayco.net".
