My 4th great grandparents were, Barzilla TAYLOR, born ca 1770, in North Carolina and Fanny/Frances JOHNSON, born 1773 in Virginia . They married on 15 July 1798 in Elbert County, Georgia. They and their children resided in James Township, Montgomery Co., the aformentioned family is well documented..... I am looking for: Fanny's brother, whose name was Andrew JOHNSON, he and his wife Matilda (HUSTON), along with their children (born between years 1839 and 1856)were, Andrew, George, Jane, Samuel, Laban, Matilda, Alexander, and Emily. A child named Wm. W. MIKESELL was listed as living in the JOHNSON household, on 11 July 1860, Montgomery Co., Indiana Census. I would very much appreciate, hearing from anyone who can shed light on the JOHNSON'S who moved from Elbert County, Georgia to Montgomery County, Indiana.
If my e-mail address is not current, when this message is found, please post a reply on this message board. I live in Moore, and am also listed , in the Oklahoma City phone book.
