Is there anyone else researching the John C. McDaniel line?
John C.was the son of Daniel & Jane Wills-Williams.
Johb C. was born 19 Oct. 1840 near Wilbur, Morgan Co., Indiana
He wed Mary Coveton 30 Aug. 1865 in Morgan Co., Indiana
Their issue were:
Charles b. about 1870
Laura B. b. about 1872
Siegel H. b. about 1874
Raymond A. b. about 1878
Carl E. b. Unk
Earl b. Unk
Evangeline b. Unk
Part of the above taken from the 1880 Census, Gregg Twp., Morgan Co., Indiana and part (children Carl, Earl & Evangeline)named in John C.'s obit.
John and Mary divorced.His 2nd wife was Etta Secrest. All children were by 1st wife.
John C. died April {?} 1919. Obit published April 24, 1919 in the Daily Reporter, Martinsville, Morgan Co., Indiana
