Thank you so much for taking time to look this up for me. I have recently received a copy of an article in the newspaper when Coleman King died that was written by Esther Washburn King. This is as good a document as I can get since she gave the information to the newspaper herself. I am satisfied now that her father was a Washburn even though some data lists them as Marshburn. Her father was William Washburn born 8 Aug 1788 and her mother was Hannah Johnson born 16 Sep 1794.. There is quite a paper trail on Hannah but only have one generation back for William so far. Apparently Matthew Washburn born about 1761 was also married to a woman named Esther.They would have bveen my 4th great grandparents.
Thanks again for your help and I will see if I can find a connection to the Sarah you mentioned.
