Her parents were Isaac Personett (b. VA?) and Mary Parsons (b. MD/NJ). James had about 13 children including Mary Ellen (married Rodgers), John Isaac (married Wortham), George H. and William H. (twins born in 1880, married Tunis sisters), Samuel (married Dora Dilts), Frank (married Myrtle Bowers), Sarah Ethyl (married Williams and Stewart), Lillie (married Broomfield), Rosie (married Ray), and others. James moved his family to Fulton County, AR in 1899 and is in the 1900 census there. After his death, most of the family moved back to IN. Malinda remarried a William Cox. John Isaac died in Newport (Jackson County) AR. Lillie and Rosie also died in AR. Most of the Miller family in Indiana lived in Pulaski and White Counties; one in Lake County (Samuel), and one in Union County (William).
