What epidemic disease might have been bad in 1850 in Vand. Co. that would have taken numbers of family members? I find in the Felstead Cem. 4 Bissell family members who died from July to Nov. in 1850. Two were young children, 4 and 6, and one their mother, and one, probably this mother's father in law. Not sure about that, but could be. Just wondered if there was some bad disease about then, that could have claimed the lives of this family.
