Hello,
I need help finding my ancestry as I am new in this. I need info about my great grandfather and further. His name is Johannes Frederik MEIJER and he was born in Batavia, Indonesia in 1897. Who were his parents and what was their vocation etc.
His wife Irene was daughter of Thomas MONINGTON-WEST -> (His original surname was MONAGHON which he changed because of Irish English strife- I believe he was Irish)Any record of that?
Thomas' wife was Octavie Leonie MARTIN 1870-1904(French ?) Any info on their parents and further would be appreciated.
