Help with place name--Pamanoollah

Hello,

In April of 1816, one of my ancestors was recorded as living in Pamanoollah, Java, about 80 miles from Batavia. I've searched gazetteers, maps etc., but cannot find this place. Does anyone recognize the name Pamanoollah?
