Murphy or King

I'm from Long Island, New York, USA. I visited the lovely County Clare in 2002 & found my grandmothers family in a cemetary in what I think was Kilmihil. I was in Kilrush that day also, so I may have then mixed up.
On the tombstone were many names including my Grandmother's paternal name: Murphy, & her Maternal name: King. I have more details, but the point is I'm looking for people who visit this grave & leave flowers. The card on the flowers read "Thinking of you, your son Andy, Margaret, baby grandaughter Katie lelia Murphy"
Does anyone know the name of this very old cemetary?
Does anyone know the Irish family?
Can anyone give me help in locating them?
